Data controller

The controller of the personal data collected on this website is its owner, whose details are set out in the “Website owner” section. For any question about privacy, you can write to info@eifac.es.

What data we process and why

Through the contact form we collect the reason for your enquiry, your name, email address, phone number (optional) and message. We use them solely to reply to your enquiry and, if you ask us to, to send you information about our programmes, the EIFAC Network or the collaboration you have mentioned.

Legal basis

The consent you give when you submit the form (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR) and, where applicable, taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b)).

Retention

We keep the data for as long as necessary to deal with your enquiry and, after that, for the periods required by applicable law. If no relationship follows, messages are deleted once they are no longer needed.

Recipients

We do not share data with third parties unless required by law. The providers of the owner’s web hosting and email services, located in the European Union, access the data only as processors and with the safeguards required by the GDPR.

Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to info@eifac.es. You can also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
