Equine-assisted systemic constellations
An experiential programme to deepen the systemic perspective and the respectful accompaniment of personal and relational processes.
International School of Equine-Assisted Training
Training and experiences for professionals who wish to learn a methodology of systemic accompaniment grounded in presence, awareness and respect for horses.
Presence · Systemic perspective · Respect for life
The school
EIFAC was born to share a methodology of equine-assisted systemic accompaniment, safeguarding the essence of the method and the wellbeing of the horses.
A school that places presence, lived experience and respect for each process at its heart. A way of learning that does not seek to direct, but to open up space for awareness and new perspectives.
Anna Álvarez Crispi Method
Every school is born to teach. Some are born to pass on knowledge. Others, to develop a profession.
EIFAC is born of a different aspiration. It is born to safeguard a way of looking at human beings.
This school does not aim to create followers. It aims to train professionals able to think with discernment, act ethically and accompany with humility.
We want to leave them a way of being in the world. Because we believe that accompanying a system is, above all, an act of deep respect for life.
Core principles
A way of seeing and being that underpins the practice.
The place from which we accompany matters as much as what we do.
It is a living being, sensitive and free, with needs and the capacity to choose.
Observing and giving space can open up possibilities that do not come from directing.
We accompany without imposing outcomes, and we respect the rhythms of both people and horses.

«The method lies in the place from which we do it.»
Presence is where the intervention begins. We do not accompany in order to direct, but to help each person become aware and find their own answers.
The systemic perspective invites us to observe relationships, positions and dynamics before rushing to interpret. Lived experience holds a central place, together with silence, questions and respect for the pace of each process.
The horse is a living being, sensitive and free, never an instrument. Its wellbeing and its freedom to choose are an essential part of the practice.
EIFAC International Network
EIFAC is building a network of classrooms and reference spaces in selected regions, with a limited and carefully chosen presence in each country. Growing does not mean multiplying locations, but finding the right people and places to preserve the identity of the method.
Coming soon
This is where we will introduce the locations and classrooms of the EIFAC Network as they join.

At EIFAC, horses are at the centre
We want to make it easier for professionals trained in this methodology to find reference equestrian centres where they can carry out their work.
To this end, we are creating the EIFAC Seal, which will recognise centres with the ideal conditions for delivering the school's programmes, ensuring that the horses live in the right conditions to be collaborators, with respect for their essence and their way of life.
Wellbeing and responsibility
EIFAC
EIFAC's quality framework aims to promote good living conditions for horses, safe practices, professional competence and respect for the limits of each intervention.
First flagship centre
Alt Camp (Tarragona)
A paddock paradise in the Alt Camp, with a herd that lives in semi-freedom. With its history and character, it is EIFAC’s first flagship centre.
The founder
EIFAC is a way of sharing a methodology born of experience, and of creating a school able to pass it on without losing its essence: presence, a systemic perspective and respect for life.
My wish is for this way of accompanying to reach more professionals and more places, while preserving care for people, for horses and for the responsibility our work entails.
«The horse is never a tool, but a being of great sensitivity who, living free, invites us to look in a different way.»
